The PPA War Cemeteries and Memorials as shown here follow the progress of PPA's part in the Italian Campaign from South to North, so they are all in Italy except for Klagenfurt in Austria and the Brookwood and PPA Memorials in England.

The section for each cemetery is accompanied, top right, by a Source and Context Box. This shows the context and source of the data, the relevant date or dates and a minimap. The source information and logo link to a cemetery's own web page where more information is provided. The minimaps show where a cemetery is located and link to a satellite image of the cemetery.

The location where each person is commemorated within a cemetery or on a memorial is indicated in braces after their name. See the Roll of Honour for individual details. Where possible a relevant extract from the PPA War Diary is included.

All location descriptions are copied from their respective pages within the Commonwealth War Graves Commission's website, except for the PPA Memorial. All photographs by S.Paterson, mostly taken during Operation Poppy in April 2015.

The Arboretum is situated in the centre of England on Croxall Road, Alrewas in Staffordshire. It is easy to reach from any part of the country, is close to all the Midlands motorways, and the website has excellent directions and a map for finding it. The helpful and knowledgable staff and volunteers all know exactly where the PPA Memorial is located. FoPPA holds a Remembrance Event here every year on Remembrance Sunday, laying PPA Poppy Wreaths.
